- While we have no noise restrictions, consideration should always be given to other tenants & neighbours, if present
- No parking restrictions – off street parking is provided
- Payment by bank transfer or credit card
- House key should be left in room or in key safe
- Property key will be in wall safe (code will be provided)

- Tenants will be responsible for any damage caused during their stay
